I forgot my Chanel make-up in my room and when we contacted the hotel the next day they claimed that nothing was left in the room. I had to clean the "sterilized" toilet seat again because it was still dirty. The complimentary wifi in the bar was only free for 1 hour and the connection was so slow that almost nothing could be accomplished.
